About AI Presence

AI Presence is the content production and distribution engine for organizations building AI Visibility. It automates Continuous Signal Surfaces — the sixth and final stage of the AI Visibility Framework — by generating platform-native content, managing structured outreach, tracking published mentions, and monitoring AI citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot.

The first five stages of the AI Visibility Framework are architectural: Entity Stability establishes your organization as a disambiguated entity. Category Ownership claims your position in the knowledge graph. Schema Graph provides machine-readable structure. Reference Surfaces build external authority. Knowledge Index ensures retrievability. These stages, once built correctly, hold. But Stage 6 — Continuous Signal Surfaces — is operational. It requires consistent production of press releases, articles, social posts, editorial pitches, and press kits. It requires outreach to journalists and publications, tracked through a pitch lifecycle from generation through resolution. It requires disciplined logging of every published mention with authority scoring and entity spread analysis. And it requires monthly monitoring of whether AI answer engines actually cite your entity in their responses.

AI Presence automates all of this. Nine content engines generate platform-native output — each enforcing your exact entity names, your spokesperson's voice, your locked terminology, and your per-platform formatting rules. An outreach management system tracks outlets, journalists, pitches, and follow-ups through a complete lifecycle state machine. Mention tracking logs every published placement with seven classification types and authority scoring from one to five. AI citation monitoring runs retrieval cycles across all four major answer engines. Narrative intelligence scans signals across your ecosystem to surface content opportunities you would not see looking at any single data source. Analytics pull from all operational agents to show real KPIs — not vanity metrics.

Every piece of content AI Presence generates, every mention it tracks, every citation it monitors writes to a persistent memory layer powered by H.U.N.I.E. — the confidence-aware memory engine at the center of the Jonomor Ecosystem. This creates a compound loop: content produces mentions, mentions produce citations, citations identify gaps, gaps produce more content. Each cycle reinforces the previous one. Over time, the signals accumulate into structural authority that AI answer engines recognize and cite.

Built by Ali Morgan

AI Presence is built by Ali Morgan, founder of Jonomor and architect of the AI Visibility Framework. Ali is the sole architect behind nine production properties — Guard-Clause, XRNotify, MyPropOps, The Neutral Bridge, Evenfield, H.U.N.I.E., JNS Studios, and AI Presence itself — all scoring 48/50 on the AI Visibility scoring framework.

AI Presence is the same engine Ali uses to manage presence across all eight ecosystem properties. It was built because Stage 6 cannot be automated with generic tools. The content must enforce exact canonical names. The outreach must track what works. The mentions must be scored. The citations must be monitored. Every piece of this operational layer must reinforce the architectural work done in Stages 1 through 5. That is what AI Presence does — and now it is available to any organization building AI Visibility.
