Privacy Policy

AI Presence is operated by Jonomor. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

What We Collect

Account information. Company name, email address, and password. Your password is hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12) and never stored in plaintext.

Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your account. We never see or store credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.

Content you generate. The topics, entity data, voice rules, and generated content you create through the platform. Content is processed server-side via the Anthropic Claude API and OpenAI DALL-E 3 API.

Operational data. Outreach records, mention logs, narrative briefs, reference surface tracking, and analytics you create within the platform. This data is stored in H.U.N.I.E., our memory infrastructure, under your scoped namespace.

Usage data. Generation counts per month for rate limiting purposes, stored in Supabase.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not track you with cookies beyond the single session authentication cookie required to keep you logged in.

We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel.

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to advertisers. We have no advertising business.

We do not train AI models on your content. Your generated content is processed by Anthropic and OpenAI APIs under their respective data processing terms but is not used for model training by us or, per their current policies, by them for API customers.

How Your Data Is Stored

Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Each tenant can only access their own rows. No tenant can query, view, or modify another tenant's data.

Operational data is stored in H.U.N.I.E., the Jonomor memory engine, with namespace isolation. Your data lives in a scoped namespace ({your-slug}.presence.*) that no other tenant can access.

All infrastructure runs on Railway (US-based hosting). All connections use HTTPS. There is no HTTP endpoint in production.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted from all systems including Supabase and H.U.N.I.E.

You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing ali@jonomor.com.

Your Rights

  • Access. Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export. Request an export of your generated content and operational data.
