Terms of Service

By using AI Presence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
AI Presence is a content production and distribution platform operated by Jonomor. The service generates content using AI (Anthropic Claude API) and images (OpenAI DALL-E 3 API) based on your inputs — entity registries, voice rules, topic descriptions, and configuration.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, inappropriate phrasing, or inaccurate claims. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before use.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per organization — account sharing is not permitted.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Three tiers are available:
- Starter — $99/month. Up to 3 entities, 50 generations per month.
- Growth — $249/month. Up to 10 entities, 200 generations per month.
- Authority — $499/month. Unlimited entities and generations.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Rate limits are enforced per tier — exceeding limits requires an upgrade.
Content Ownership
You own the content you generate through AI Presence. Jonomor claims no ownership of your generated content, entity registry, voice rules, or brand configuration.
You grant Jonomor only the rights necessary to operate the service: processing your inputs through AI APIs, storing your data in our infrastructure, and delivering generated content back to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
- Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search engines or AI systems through deceptive means.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other tenants' data, or exploit the service infrastructure.
- Resell access to the service without written permission from Jonomor.
Intellectual Property
AI Presence, the AI Visibility Framework™, the AI Visibility Scorer, and all Jonomor properties are intellectual property of Jonomor. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform for its intended purpose. It does not grant rights to the underlying technology, scoring methodology, framework stages, or proprietary terminology.
Limitation of Liability
AI Presence is provided "as is." Jonomor does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Jonomor is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of generated content, including but not limited to: content errors, publication rejections, reputational impact, or legal claims arising from published content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before distribution.
In no event shall Jonomor's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Jonomor may terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting deletion via ali@jonomor.com.
Changes
Jonomor may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
